The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. Jan. 14 at a food truck at 418 E. Fifth St. in the Oregon District.
A man, later identified as Wilson, left a bar and then cut the line at the food truck. He got into an argument and left but then returned with a gun and fired six rounds, Dayton police Maj. Brian Johns said previously.
“He shot one person in the leg in line at a food truck,” he said.
The shooting that reportedly involved Wilson was part of a string of six shootings and a stabbing over that weekend that resulted in two deaths and seven injuries.
“People need to stop using firearms to settle disputes and learn to have some common courtesy and respect for others,” Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr. stated in a release.
No attorney is listed for Wilson, who remains held on $250,000 bail in the Montgomery County Jail.
